HOME VISIT SERVICE
Book your home visit online
You can now book our Home Visit Service online, the cost is £300. You can Before the visit takes place, one of our team will call you to take payment. You book using our calendar here. For information on what happens before, during, and after the Home Visit, please see below.
Prior to your visit, to ensure that we are fully prepared and are able to give the best possible service, one of our Designers will give you a call to find out a few details about your space and its current status.
On the visit, you’ll be meeting one of our expert Kitchen Surveyors who is ready and willing to help you in your first steps to getting your dream kitchen space. During your home visit appointment, we will measure up your space (see measurements section below). This helps us put together your bespoke design proposal. We will also discuss any plans and ideas as well as offer solutions to what you need to build your perfect kitchen space.
To help you, and our Kitchen Surveyor, it may be good to have the following to hand:
- Appliance requirements & sizes
- An Idea on colours
- Samples have sourced
- Inspirational content you have collected
Following your Home Visit Consultation, you will receive:
- Kitchen cabinetry quote
- Plans & elevations
- CGI Images of your kitchen plan
- Worktop quote (optional)
- Appliances quote (optional)
- Accessories quote (optional)Installation quote (optional)
Once you've agreed to your design, it's time to pay your 50% deposit and agree on your delivery and installation dates. If you require further designs, we take £500 for this, which is deducted from your first payment.
Measurement Requirements:
For accurate measuring up, we ideally require all building/strip out works to have been completed prior to our visit, walls built and plaster-boarded, flooring laid, beams installed etc. If your kitchen is still in place or your building work is only part way through, we can measure up in order to put together a design for you. Your project coordinator will be touch post deposit, asking you to confirm that no building works have affected our measurements and they are still accurate. If you would like us to return to measure up once the room has been fully finished, causing measurements to change, we can do so for an additional £300.
